- 200g rice cake
- 115g tofu
- 2 carrots
- 1 pack Tteokbokki sauce
- 100g champignons
- 30ml cream
Instructions
- Boil water and pour over rice cakes.
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Sauté carrots and tofu in a pan.
- Add champignons and cook briefly.
- Add soaked rice cakes and Tteokbokki sauce.
- Add cream and cook shortly.
