Ingredients

  • 200g rice cake
  • 115g tofu
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 pack Tteokbokki sauce
  • 100g champignons
  • 30ml cream

Instructions

  1. Boil water and pour over rice cakes.
  2. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Sauté carrots and tofu in a pan.
  4. Add champignons and cook briefly.
  5. Add soaked rice cakes and Tteokbokki sauce.
  6. Add cream and cook shortly.
